🎓 Education: Fresh graduates or students currently enrolled (Any discipline – preferably Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or Business Studies)

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior merchandisers with client communication, sampling, and production follow-up
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution
• Help track timelines, prepare updates and documentation
• Learn practical merchandising workflow from concept to shipment

✅ Requirements:

• Male & Female both can apply (Female candidates are especially encouraged)
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome
• Must have basic communication skills in English & Bengali
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email tools
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
