At RioLeaf Ltd., we value our clients and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. While we maintain strict quality control throughout the production process, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.
Eligibility for Return
You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or not as per the approved sample.

You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A photo or video proof of the defect or issue is provided.

The product was not customized or made-to-order in a way that cannot be reused.
⚠️ Note: Custom-made products (OEM/ODM or private label) are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items

Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered by the buyer.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Custom-sized, branded, or logo-printed garments unless defective.

Clearance or discounted items.
Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the problem.

Our team will review and verify your claim within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for the return shipping or offer an alternative resolution (e.g. partial refund or remake).

Returned items must be securely packed and sent to our address.
Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order is affected.
Replacements & Remakes

For confirmed defects, we may remake the item(s) at no additional cost.

Replacement lead time will depend on product complexity and quantity.

We may offer expedited remake for urgent issues, based on capacity.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective item), we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before production begins without penalty.

If raw materials are already procured or production has started, cancellation will incur a charge based on actual costs.
